The front desk's response to the issue was underwhelming, as they simply offered to change my room without addressing the actual problem. Additionally, the breakfast was not served as promised, which left me quite frustrated since I had anticipated a nice start to my day.

Just an ideal choice for a getaway in Raleigh with fantastic value for money. Everyone was super friendly, making our stay feel special. Make sure to request extra amenities if the pool hours don't meet your needs.

The room was clean and well-maintained, which is always appreciated. The hotel's location matched the description and was convenient for our plans.

Our family loved the cleanliness and comfort of the room. The proximity to the mall made it super easy for us to grab a bite and shop with the kids.

For dads, it would be great if there were more entertainment options for kids on-site.
